I am by all accounts a huge Kid Cudi Fan. I have been since I heard Day N' Nite my freshman year of college. I honestly believe that is one of the most original artists(in any genre) to have come out in the last few years. He mixes so many genres and sounds to develop his completely original sound. He has perfected his sound in his new album Man on the Moon II: The Legend of Mr. Rager. The album dives deeper into the mind of Mr. Mescudi and develops his own legend at the same time. The subject matter of the album includes: drug addiction, depression, women, parties, and all the trappings of young people in America. This is what makes Kid Cudi so original. He is exactly like many of us in the way he talks, acts, and dresses. He is the new America that everyone under 27 lives in. Our Generation is misunderstood by all the middle aged and elderly people in this country. And like us Kid Cudi is misunderstood by alot of the elders in hip-hop. Kid Cudi is the Youth in this country. He is influenced by more than just hip-hop and stereotypical black youth culture. In our America that is reality. I have just as many white friends as black friends. The divisions in America are coming down and albums like this are examples of that. So yeah go buy this album....
SN: Like Lil' Wayne.....I'mmmmm baccccckkkkk. :)
