Wale is one of my favorite rappers of the new generation. He mixes go-go, alternative rap, and pure swag. His new mixtape More About Nothing is the sequel to his classic mixtape A Mixtape About Nothing which featured snippets and samples from episodes of Seinfeld(amazing in itself). I would have posted this yesterday but I had technical difficulties. And from all the talk on twitter today I'm sure this will help remind people that Wale is a very underestimated emcee. Happy Birthday 2 Us(& the President)

Well today is our 2 yr anniv. and the President's 49th birthday(yes that is a picture of him). So like I said last year it is an honor to still be doing this blog and to still have followers(on facebook and otherways). I hope my staff can grow this year and this blog become even bigger. Bye to the Hiatus

Okay I know I'm not the most consistent blogger but hey I'm dealing with alot lol. Its August 3 and not much has went on this summer(concerning music). But the summer is starting to heat up as far as music. Tomorrow is our 2 year anniversary(and the President's birthday). Later today Wale is scheduled to release his mixtape: More about Nothing(sequel to Mixtape About Nothing). Thursday Kanye's video for Power is supposed to debut on MTV at 9. In the past few weeks I started to blog about alot of things but I lacked some motivation(apologies). So here is a recap of things that caught my eyes and ears.

1. The Whole Oil Spill BS-Basically F*** BP

2. Kanye West comes out of hiding and releases "Power"-I love this song and I'm excited to see the video. And I can't wait for the album

3.Rick Ross dropped Teflon Don-Rozay always suprises me. And Free Mason(HOV) and BMF are the best tracks hands down.
