According to HiphopDx.com Soulja Boy feels that improving his rap skills would ruin his respect that he has from his fans. He states he could improve his skills but chooses to continue his style that rode him to his fame. Now as ludacris as that sounds the lad may have appoint. While he may be at best a horrible rapper his respect does come his gimmicks and suprisingly good production skills. I mean not to compare him to the legendary godfather of Crunk, Lil' Jon, but neither are known as being great emcees but are respected producers. Soulja Boy is and as he claims will never be a lyrical emcee. As horrible as that is(I understand Hip-Hop Addicts) he may have a point. But the "Boy Wonder" may not be a one hit wonder.
